Why This Site Exists

 

This site was born from a desire to share what I have learned through experience, failure, and faith. I spent many years pursuing the world apart from God and discovered where that path leads. I have also walked as a Christian for many years and served in ministry. What you’ll find here is shaped by both journeys—and by the truth I found in Christ.

I have learned that the world is filled with empty promises and false answers—paths that claim to offer meaning but never truly satisfy. Yet even when people begin to see this, few are willing to admit it. We cling to the belief that we are wise enough, clever enough, to solve the deepest questions of life on our own. And so we struggle against the truth that we are limited, resisting the humbling realization that the answers we seek may lie beyond our own understanding.

I have also learned that Christianity—meant to shine the light of truth that rescues us from a dead-end world and from death itself—has, not in its truth but in much of how it is represented in America, drifted from the faith it was meant to reflect. The God we were meant to live for, learn from, and walk with has too often been reshaped into a god meant for us. Instead of lives centered on Him, we have fashioned a faith centered on ourselves—so that we learn, we live, and we walk not for His sake, but for our own.

My concern is not with arguments, institutions, denominations, religions, or outward appearances—but with the world and with my fellow human beings. My deepest desire is that people would come to understand Jesus—at least the Jesus I have come to know. The true Jesus, as faithfully as I can represent Him. A truth that stands firm, like the certainty that two plus two equals four—presented openly, leaving each person free to choose what they will do with it.

This world will end for everyone. We will leave behind its lies, greed, wounds, and pain. We will leave behind possessions, so-called wisdom, achievements, regrets, even relationships—family, friends, and enemies alike. And if there is a God—if Heaven is real, as I believe—then only one thing will matter: whether Jesus knows you, whether you know Him, and whether you had a real, saving relationship with Him.

The most important question a person will ever face is this: Is there a God, and is eternity waiting for us? It is not how we begin that matters—it is how we finish.

The world works relentlessly to blind us to God, and through compromise and fear, Christians have often made that blindness worse. We have lacked the courage to speak truth plainly, to call people to repentance, and to love boldly—even when love is costly or misunderstood. Yet real love demands honesty, not silence.

The aim of this site is to point people to the highest vision of Christianity—to God as He truly is, revealed in Jesus Christ. My hope is that people will understand who God is, His purpose, His plan, and His call—so that if they reject Him, they do so knowingly, and if they follow Him, they do so honestly.

In the end, the choice belongs to each person. Our responsibility is to present God in His truth and glory and let the outcome rest with Him. That is the purpose of this site.

I may say things that are uncomfortable or confronting—but truth is not measured by comfort. Each of us must wrestle with these questions ourselves. We may not have all the answers, but we must not fear hard questions, honest reasons, and seeking truth wherever it leads.
